10 hours day of coordination

All 8 hour day-of services

2 extra hours that allow us to aid in setup OR teardown

Can allow for better vendor setup or teardown supervision

12 hours day of coordinating

All 8 & 10 hour day-of services

2 extra hours that allow for us to aid in setup AND teardown (depending on the length of the event)

Generally allows for complete vendor supervision

Manage vendor communication 30 days prior to event date

Meet with the client to build a day-of timeline for the event day

Check with client to ensure that final payments are made to vendors

Monthly meetings (in-person or over the phone) starting 6 months before the event

Assistance with booking vendors and day-of event planning

• A charge of 15% of the total vendor invoice will be applied to the $2000 base charge for any vendors that Clement Events books, manages, or communiates with for the client. These fees are on top of the starting $2000 flat fee.

Charges 10% of overall budget for events with a budget of $30,000 or more.
